Project Description:  The University of California, Santa Barbara (“University”) is hereby requesting response(s) to Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) No. FM250018 from qualified individuals and/or firms with relevant experience and expertise in providing architectural services. UCSB requests a written response to this RFQ from qualified professionals interested in providing full design services, preparation of bidding documents, and construction administration services for the construction of the Student Resource Building Shade Structure Project. Design teams or firms with experience designing outdoor permanent shade structures are encouraged to respond.  The project is intended to increase the functionality of the Student Resource Building’s two outdoor decks with a permanent shade structure.

The projected construction budget is $662,000.
