Introduction: The University of California, Santa Barbara (“University”) requests a written response to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) No. FM250127 from qualified structural engineering firms with relevant experience and expertise in providing structural design peer review services for the UCSB’s East Campus Student Housing project. Qualified firms will have knowledge of the UC Seismic Policies and prior experience as a UC peer reviewer on a Residential Housing development.  Consultants with relevant professional qualifications and experience are encouraged to respond.

Estimated Construction Cost: The overall construction cost estimate is in the range of $500,000,000.
