Introduction: The University of California, Santa Barbara (“University”) requests a written response to Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) No. FM250128 from geotechnical engineering consultants and/or firms with relevant experience and expertise in providing geotechnical design review and support services. Qualified firms will have knowledge of the UC Seismic Policies, area fault lines, expertise in supporting a design process, peer review experience, and acting as the geotechnical engineering expert and advisor for the UCSB East Campus Student Housing Project.  

Estimated Construction Cost: The overall construction cost estimate is in the range of $500,000,000.
