Background & Introduction: The University of California, Santa Barbara (“University”) requests a written response, for Qualifications (“RFQ”) No. FM250194 from qualified schedule review firms with relevant experience and expertise in generating, reviewing, reconciling, and verifying CPM schedules. Qualified firms will have experience with and current knowledge of general construction practices and their durations, market conditions for material and labor, construction site familiarity, and experience with UC Policies and procedures is required. Prior experience as a scheduling consultant on a UC Residential Housing development is desirable.
